Don’t throw away that old T-shirt just yet! Turn it into something new at this creative program inspired by Money Smart Week! Bring your own T-Shirt to upcycle. Open to teens in grades 6-12. Participants must bring their own T-shirt, but all other supplies will be provided by the library. Call 330-343-6123 to register or for more information.
